What are the goals of the program? The goals by the end of the month your body overall should improve greatly. Strength should be increased as well.
How to get the best outcome of the program? The best way to get the best outcome is to complete each rep and set listed on each workout. Even if you can do 5 reps take a pause and finished off the remaining 5 reps.
How to schedule the program into a week? There are 4 workout days in each week. It can be broken down based on your schedule. For example (Monday (workout) ,Tuesday (workout), Wednesday (off day), Thursday (workout), Friday (workout), Saturday (off day),Sunday (off day)
What do I need to participate in this program? All you need is a pair of dumbbells and an adjustable bench(not required but suggested)
