U r way advanced than me but I needed a trainer. I've always wanted to train more in gymnastics and these r some great strength and exercises to get me there. Blessings 🤸‍♀️

Giving detail on how long you recommend to hold/hang would be helpful. And would you recommend doing multiple sets? Like 30 seconds 4x etc… I’ve heard this thought before so I’m going to try it out.

Recommending how many reps/sets would be super helpful to give something to aim for. Of course I know I can make up my own number but I think that would be a great tip to put in your videos:)

I can do about to 2 slow ones with my own Weight. but I tried using the assisted pull up machine set it to 7 an was able to do 8 .

Im almost to doing it 😊 im still a little  bit of nervous of committing to land my feet as Im afraid I may hurt my back (i tried and I hurt it feeling it up to my face like my face got numb a little lmao) so I held back for now, but I'll  keep on practicing  my balance first and strengthen my arms for a better push. 😊😊😊 and Im thankful that today's challenge  is just a little challenging as my period just started so glad I just had to do a not so heavy workout 😅
