I used 2 teach gymnastics I love handstands and I love gymnastics work outs u r my new best friend thanku! It's inspiring and refreshing to find someone who loves to do the same type of workouts. U r way advanced than me but I needed a trainer. I've always wanted to train more in gymnastics and these r some great strength and exercises to get me there. Blessings 🤸‍♀️

Giving detail on how long you recommend to hold/hang would be helpful. And would you recommend doing multiple sets? Like 30 seconds 4x etc… I’ve heard this thought before so I’m going to try it out.

Pull-Up Lesson 1

Recommending how many reps/sets would be super helpful to give something to aim for. Of course I know I can make up my own number but I think that would be a great tip to put in your videos:)

Great video! Very detailed and easy to understand. I can’t wait to be able to do a pull-up!!

I can do about to 2 slow ones with my own Weight. but I tried using the assisted pull up machine set it to 7 an was able to do 8 .
