Welcome to my brand new program, Rebuild! This is the time of year to start fresh, re-invent yourself, and rebuild your life, relationships, health, and most importantly, YOURSELF. This program will serve as the foundation to help you accomplish all the goals you’ve set out for yourself. Over the next 12 weeks, we’ll be focusing on shredding fat, gaining lean muscle, and feeling stronger on both the inside and outside. We’ll start out at more of an advanced beginner level and as the program progresses and you get stronger, we’ll shift to an intermediate level.
