          Inner Strength Integrator

          A little history before we get started. I was born with an extreme case of club foot. I went through multiple reconstructive surgeries as a child. Casts wires plates screws anything and everything was done to reconstruct and correct my ankles. I was encouraged to stay off of my feet as much as possible. Look for jobs where I could sit instead of stand to avoid pain and discomfort. I’ll never forget the feeling walking up the stairs to my apartment at 19 years old and feeling like I had run a marathon. It was the first time I had realized that something was wrong. That what I was doing was not helping me. I say this to let you all know that I was OUT OF SHAPE and confused. I followed the doctors orders did everything by the book and still I felt like I had failed myself. I had given in and now it was time to take ownership of my own journey. I made a choice that day to change my life to be the best strongest healthiest version of myself. I started small with push ups at home cut out sugar and cleaned up my eating. I was walking a-lot and swimming my ass off. I had NO IDEA what I was doing but I knew I felt better. I took myself out of that dark place and I did it all by working out and making my health a priority. With this app I hope to help you do the same thing. I’ve been a certified personal trainer for over 10 years now. Over the years I’ve worked one on one with all shapes, sizes, ages, and backgrounds. I help people believe in themselves again I love what I do and the people I get to do it with.
