In this workout app, I have multiple full programs. I have the 30-day core, which can be a beginner program, but can also be progressed to all levels. I also have the core 2.0, which is going to be a little more challenging on the core programs.
And then there are multiple full body programs in here, just depending on what your specific goals are and how many days a week you have to dedicate to your workouts.
All of the full body programs are for all levels. So you start where you are and you progress the weights as you are able to in each program.
I also have individual workouts grouped by upper, lower, full body and core workouts that can be done if you want to mix it up.
