There's good evidence to suggest that training close to failure creates more muscle stimulation, which can boost improvements to muscle strength and size. If your workouts feel easy, you won’t see body changes.

This was important, and honestly, something I needed to hear. I think beginners want to 'feel comfortable' at the gym, not realizing the goal should be discomfort (in a positive, constructive way.)
