Get ready for your abs to be on fire. Make sure to watch the entirety of each video because options are included if needed. 

No equipment needed just your body!

5 exercises 
10 seconds rest between each exercise
You’ll have 30 seconds rest after each round is done

Feet are elevated (option: heels touch the ground)
Crunch one knee towards your chest 
The opposite foot stays off the ground the whole time

SL Crunch

Keep your knees at a 90 degree angle 
Pull your core in 
Try to get your hands to your ankles

Table Top Crunch

Feet are stacked 
OPTION: drop bottom knee
