        I'm a beginner, will I be able to do your workouts?
        My workouts are scalable to any fitness level. There are ease-to-follow video instructions on each and every exercise, you'll never be left wondering how to perform an exercise!
        Do I need to purchase equipment?
        It depends on the program! I have it outlined for each program what equipment is required. In the future, I will be offering programs that are solely bodyweight!
        Do I need a gym membership?
        NO, I do offer at home programs!
