“Mentally I’ve completely shifted for the better! Before I was always negative, never journaled (which has tremendously helped shift my perspective), and was ALWAYS STRESSED! I’m now mentally in a way better place, I try to look for the positive in negative situations, I journal every day, I don’t sweat the small stuff, I don’t let work stress me out because I’m not going to be there forever, and I don’t talk down on myself anymore! I don’t talk negative to myself about the way my body looks or what it can’t do because its So strong and it allows me to do stuff others can’t. “
