I couldn't do this exercise because I dont have stairs so I will skip this one.

So fun! I don’t have stairs so I used a regular stepper and it worked out great! This one was very fun and gets your heart pumping

That was intense. Didn't had a barbel so I used my dumbells. Thanks girl one love.

Tough! But good! Didn’t have a bar but improvised with my kettlebells.
