The exercises are Legit ! But I. did it with 10 km barrbell and 3 kg dumbells. I kind of struggled because 10 kg is abit heavy for me but it helps me to have that mind and musle conection agan if I use below 4 kg I don't feel the burn. But other than that. It was awesome.
