One round of those three is so close to one minute there is no way to do all three exercises for the full 20’ without stopping the round where you are and starting over. Meaning you do a ton more plank push ups than everything else. Am I doing it wrong? 1 plank push up is down-down-up-up, right? I could do the exercises but like the last EMOM it almost takes a minute at a good pace

I’m not in top form yet but that workout is very difficult to perform EMOM. The plank to push-ups take 25-30 seconds. A minute round allows for NO rest before the next round begins
