I could barely keep the pace for 3’ for and by minute 6 i was already behind by 30sec. Your video example is 14 total reps instead of 30 at it was 23-24secs. Ended up doing 11 rounds instead of 20 πŸ˜…πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ
