Great work out I finally figured out this app. I was doing the timer for each workout then I realized it was for the whole chunk of workouts ☠️😂 I did 15 minutes of jumping jacks! Before I realized lol finished up everything on the list and have so much energy to start my day!! Thanks Brett! Keep up the amazing work your doing
