Description: Lower Abs

Sofia

-lying on your back with your hands beneath your coccyx. 
-Gently draw your ribs to your hips to engage your core and elevate your legs off the floor slightly. 
-Bend your knees and using your abdominals, draw them in towards your chest, ensuring that your feet stay together.
-Slowly extend your legs to return to the starting position. 
-Repeat for the exercises for designer amount.

Leg pull in

- Lay on your back, hands at your sides 
- Raise your legs off the ground until straight up
- Lower them, stopping just short of them resting

Lying leg raises

- Lay on your back with your legs elevated 
- Point your toes forward
- Move your legs up and down rapidly
- Keep core tight and activated

Flutter kicks

- Start in a plank position 
- Drive your knees towards your chest one at a time back and forth 
- Increase speed as you feel comfortable

Mountain climbers
