    In my experience, 99% of individuals who don’t sign up on the spot, don’t come back for my help. Now maybe a fraction of those individuals find a better fit with a different professional — great! But most probably don’t. Those aren’t good odds for you. Look, you’re not here right now by mistake. Your time is precious. We aren’t having this conversation for no reason. You want help.     How do I know this will work for me?
    Only you know if you have the willingness — aka the *fire* mentioned earlier — to change. If you bring that, this will work for you. I guarantee it. Why? Because these workouts are based closely on the workouts I do myself, as well as the ones I do with my face-to-face clients. Everyone, including me, who does this work *consistently* sees results. Zero exceptions.
    I'm a beginner, or highly advanced -- is your app for me?
    No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, I walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves accurately and safely. I don’t operate from a “more is automatically better” perspective. These workouts are simple-ish, yet incredibly effective. If you feel you are too challenged, or not challenged enough, it is simply a matter of adjusting the weight you’re using, and/or your range of motion. Message me directly if you feel you’re facing either of these issues, and we can troubleshoot solutions.
    Do I need to buy equipment and/or have a gym membership?
    A gym membership is highly advisable. It would also be helpful, but NOT NECESSARY, to purchase a packet of mini bands (I have mine from "Serious Steel" https://www.serioussteel.com/products/12-mini-loop-resistance-bands), and a lacrosse or softball for muscle releases. You can always start without this optional equipment then purchase as times goes on, if you choose.
    Will I gain muscle or lose fat to start?
    That will depend on your diet.
    Do you offer diet coaching?
    Yes. Individualized coaching I offer on a different platform; contact me if you want to learn more. This app you’re on right now will gradually share with you more generalized nutrition insights from me. This app you’re on right now is a great place to be if: —you’re on a tight budget —you want to “try out” my services before taking things a step further —you don’t want to change your diet —you are already using someone else for help with that.
    I use another trainer / program. Can I try this anyway?
    That’s your call. I do tell my clients that it’s best to have just one professional structuring your workouts, because otherwise you might be working out too excessively and not give your body proper recovery time. For clients who live between two or more places and have multiple trainers, I suggest you try to connect your various professionals with each other, so at least there is communication around your program. (That last sentence applies to less than 1% of the population.) If you want to take the free trial to just view the workouts before deciding whether to come over to me completely, that’s understandable.
    Are the workout videos all featuring you?
    Basically! I am THRILLED to showcase exercises I’ve taped for you over the last decade. And, you’ll get to see my ups and downs, physically. I almost didn’t share several of these videos, because I don’t look ripped in a few of them, but then I realized: that’s part of my journey, and maybe yours, too! As mentioned earlier, I’ve struggled sometimes with food, and hopefully once you see some of my evolution, you’ll have even more trust in me that I empathize with your journey. The only times these videos feature someone other than me, is if I taped a client or physical therapist demo’ing an exercise for you.
    Is this just for guys?
    Absolutely not. Roughly 80% of my clients are guys. Some of my favorite clients have been women, and this is a welcoming space for all, regardless of where you fall on the gender spectrum.
    I don’t wanna get too bulky / ripped / crazy. Just tone up.
    You get out of this what you put in. Before I became excellent at helping clients with their diet/macros/lifestyle changes, I was great at helping clients get stronger and cleaning up their lifting pace and form. So yes, you can get stronger here, without making drastic changes to your body composition.

    You make it sound so simple, Branden. It isn’t. I’ve tried.
