Common household equipment that is optional, but will help you get the most out of these workouts, include: Chair/bench Carpet 2 Paper bags Bedsheet Door that closes securely If you don’t have some or all of the above equipment, *do not worry.* You can still get a good workout without them. Modify exercises as needed, or in the case of the bedsheet/doorframe row exercise, skip that exercise. Done is better than perfect.
