Hi there! I'm Ashley! I could not be more excited that we've found each other! I specialize in teaching women how to lift weights safely and effectively, so they can experience its many benefits both physically and mentally. We all NEED to be training with weights, not just to build a body we feel good in, but to build bone, improve mobility, reduce risk of falls and injuries, improve cognitive and mental health and for a long, happy life! I know that going into the gym can be intimidating. That's why I began teaching All Women's Strength Training classes in person at my gym where I start from the very beginning and teach proper form on strength training movements. NOW, I am so excited that I get to help more women everywhere learn the same important techniques I teach in the gym!
