Learn to Lift is an exercise program where I start from the very beginning, teaching you proper form on fundamental strength training movements. In Level 2 we'll build on the movements we learned in Learn to Lift to help us feel more confident in our ability and to feel stronger! We'll also learn some additional movements.
I've included six different workouts that we'll repeat each three times over the course of six weeks.
I'm Ashley Weingart and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and group strength training coach. I specialize in teaching women how to lift weights so they can experience the many benefits both physically and mentally.
We all NEED to be training with weights, not just to build a body we feel good in, but to build bone, improve mobility, reduce risk of falls and injuries, improve cognitive and mental health and for a long, happy life. I know that going into the gym can be intimidating. That's why I began teaching All Women's Strength Training classes in person at my gym. Now, I am so excited that I get to help more women everywhere learn the same important techniques through this app!
