Getting to the gym is hard enough. Once you arrive there you need a program to follow that isn't just a bunch of random exercises strung together. You need a well thought out plan utilizing progressive overload and a coach who knows how to help women over 40 build muscle and burn fat. Lift for Life includes 5 intermediate strength training workouts per week. You'll repeat each of the workouts 4 times over the course of a month. We'll mix up the reps to keep challenging you.

About the Program

This is a 4 week progressive overload lifting program. Lift for Life includes 5 intermediate to advanced strength training workouts per week to help you build muscle and strength. You will repeat each of the 5 full body workouts 4 times over the course of the month. I'll change up the reps each week to challenge you in new ways. New workouts come out at the beginning of each month. Before you get started, go to the "Start Here" page and watch my video on how to get the best results! Look too advanced for you? My Learn to Lift program may be perfect for you. There, I start from the very beginning teaching proper form on fundamental strength training movements. Seem like a better fit?     Hi there! I'm Ashley! I could not be more excited that we've found each other! I am a Certified Personal Trainer and I specialize in teaching women how to lift weights safely and effectively, so they can experience its many benefits both physically and mentally. Yes, strength training is the most effective exercise for shedding fat and boosting our metabolism, no matter our age. But exercise is no longer about losing weight or being skinny, it's about getting strong for the present and the future.
