It was good. Feels nice to set a goal & get back into yoga. Your voice is calming. Was trying to listen more than watch & had to remember sometimes what my back foot looks like in warrior 1 & crescent pose. I did yoga a few years ago so I remembered but maybe others who have never done it need a bit more detail on placement of the feet for the poses.
