I grew up in Upstate New York on a farm, riding horses and playing high school sports. Fitness was always a huge part of my life, but it wasn’t until I lost a parent that I learned how to use it as a means of therapy and even self love. I'm now a passionate trainer, nutrition coach, and fitness model who believes that fitness is more than working out — it's one of the best ways to support your mental health. My goal is to help you achieve your dream body while learning to make fitness part of your daily lifestyle! Training Requirements

I offer a gym program, at-home program, and on-the-go workouts! For the gym program, we’ll use the standard dumbbells most gyms have. For the at-home program, you will need a set of light weights (5-8lbs), a set of heavy weights (10lb-30lbs), and a resistance band (optional). For the on-the-go workouts, all you need is a resistance band!


I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have experience personal training and teaching group fitness both virtually and in person. I am also an online fitness coach and have been designing training programs, meal plans, and personalized macros for my clients for years. Lastly, I am a signed fitness model so I am familiar with what it takes to create and maintain a strong diet and workout routine that guarantees results!
