About Allegra Paris

Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Swimsuit Model

I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a passion for helping women change their bodies and their lives. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine with a background in weight training, stretch therapy, yoga, and several recovery techniques. I am also finishing my certification in prenatal and postpartum training! Starting my journey over 6 years ago in NYC, I’ve done everything from teaching boxing classes in a studio I helped open, to completing an intensive progressive dynamic stretching program at a top stretch therapy facility. I now teach Bikini Body, my pop-up workout class, in Miami, NYC, and plan to expand! Bikini Body combines sculpting and toning exercises with an emphasis on abs and booty! My app reflects this as I have several categories dedicated to building a booty and getting those flat abs. Whatever your ideal bikini body is, I’ll make sure you achieve it! Xx

My workouts are scalable to any fitness level. Plus, with easy-to-follow video instruction on each and every exercise, you’ll never be left wondering how to do a move!
Do I need to purchase equipment?
You don't have to! I include workout programs that are solely bodyweight, and other programs that only require one set of dumbbells or a resistance band.
How much does it cost?
Your first 7 days are FREE! After that, you'll pay $14.99/month or $99.99/year. That's just $0.48 a day or $0.27 a day.
Does this app have everything I need to succeed?
My app features workout programs and individual workouts that you can perform at home, at the gym, or while you're traveling! You also get my nutrition guides AND access to workouts from 200+ other top trainers.
Do I need a gym membership?
You don't need one! Most of my programs are designed to be completed anywhere. The gym is optional.
Does this app include nutritional guidance?
Yes! My app has 100+ easy-to-follow workouts plus 2 nutrition guides that include example meal plans and how to navigate a menu when eating out. I also discuss dessert and alcohol choices!
