Flow Into Strong is for all levels. Every movement is able to be modified and the goal is to connect to yourself throughout the practice.
How to get the best outcome of these workouts?
Be curious! By blending your yoga and strength practice together, a lot of new information will come up about your body and your mind. Listen closely and have fun.
What do I need to participate in these workouts?
A yoga mat is required. Many of these classes will be bodyweight but it is also helpful to have dumbbells or kettlebells for a more interesting class experience.
How to schedule these workouts into a week?
Flow Into Strong is a great option for a day that you’re looking for strength but also need a blend of stretch and softness. Bodyweight options are great for low intensity days! Equipment based classes are perfect for building total body strength.
