What are the goals of the program?
Yoga is for anyone and everyone! Regardless of if you’re coming for a physical workout or a mental check-in, the yoga practice is here for you.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
These flows range from beginner, to intermediate and advanced. But any class can be modified to your level. Each pose has a layering process so if you feel you’ve reached your limit for the day, stop adding on!
What do I need to participate in this program?
A yoga mat and yoga blocks are recommended.
How to schedule the program into a week?
Yoga can be done every day! But always listen to what your body needs. I recommend incorporating different lengths of classes along with your strength training.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Be curious and compassionate with your mind and body. Show up and honor where you are in the moment. Remember, it’s a practice not a perfect!
