Cardio classes are perfect to shake up your energy, challenge your cardio capacity, and get a great sweat!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
A lot of cardio classes have jumping but if they are not, I will indicate with a “Low Impact” label. Otherwise each class will be Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. But of course, modifications are available throughout.
How to schedule the workouts into a week?
Shorter cardio classes are great to add on at the end of a strength workout. And longer are perfect for the days you don’t do a strength workout.
