I forgot to stop my timer 😅 had a good active day yesterday! Could only do a bit of the workout but I made up for it at ball practice and out snare fishing 👍🏾

It’s was good, got the heat rate up, didn’t stop for all the 90 sec breaks, is that ok?! Just power through, or am I not doing enough reps! The push up part of the burpees kinda kicked my ass ! Won’t lie!! Lol

I was feeling the struggle today, hoping the process gets easier with time! All in all, it’s nice to feel like I’m getting a good pump at home even without equipment!
