Hi, I am Abby! I am a certified personal trainer who is passionate about helping women find a routine that fits their lifestyle, while still crushing their goals! I struggled for years trying to find a good routine for me that didn’t take over my life. Every season of life is different & over an hour at the gym after a long work day wasn’t doable for me. I was a runner/ cardio lover that was restricting food and feeling like crap. I was going to quit completely if i didn’t make a change. I turned to quick, effective, and functional workouts that i could do from my home in 30 minutes or less. This changed my life! I found a routine that fit into my lifestyle where i felt strong, energized and me again. It was about quality not quantity AND i was still able to enjoy life while getting in the best shape of my life. I think all women deserve to find the perfect routine for them where no matter how busy they are. By showing up for yourself for even 30 minutes you will be able to show up as your best self for your family, friends, co-workers, and babies. I hope you enjoy my site! These workouts are for all levels! You can modify, move at your own pace and lessen the reps as needed
How to schedule the program into a week?
You will have 5 days of working out and 2 rest days! My advise is to plan ahead & know which 5 days you’re going to complete the workouts — making a plan is the first step to success!
What are the goals of the program?
Once you complete this program you should: 1. Create healthy habits that keep you showing up for YOU! 2. Feel stronger— be able to complete more reps & have more endurance/ energy to take on every day life
