What are the goals of the program? To make you look, feel, and perform like an athlete! You’ll increase your strength, athleticism, & conditioning.
How to schedule the program into a week? The beauty of the program is it’s up to you! You go through the workouts in progression, but at your own pace. That means you can take rest days as needed and work in days of yoga, running, or whatever else you’re into!
What do I need to participate in this program? A gym with a barbell, dumbbells, bench, kettlebells, and cable. Machines are great, but not necessary for this program.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? Everybody!
