less volume. slow and controlled reps. some videos are faster than I want you to go this week. slow down each rep. go to absolute failure. I guarantee you will get more out of your lifts if you slow and control the weight. squeeze hard. if you can easily surpass the reps, go up in weight. all sets that are too easy are WARM UPS and don’t count to working sets.
