It was great. I feel like something that has been so confusing to me is simply how to transition from “beginner.” I see people doing inversions and splits and more advanced poses and I don’t know how to step up my practice to get to that point. I even feel like I look up yoga poses and they don’t seem to be anything outside of sun salutstions. So, I’ve been feeling a little stuck!
