Yes, it was heavy but it was also wonderful. The postures were quite difficult, but the practice was flowing, so nothing had the chance to be exhausting. Maybe one of my favourite practises of all time (and that is a good start for someone wanting to get back into yoga after a break) to

Was definitely more advanced than I was prepared for!! Needed to modify a lot more than what was in the modifying video. Just not that strong yet. Maybe the beginners one will be easier place to start!
