What are the goals of this program? This program is for you if:
• You want to reclaim discipline as an act of devotion to your own joy
• You’re craving consistency and want to settle into a movement, meditation and journaling routine
• You want to gain experience practicing vinyasa yoga
• You feel burned out and want to remember your passions
Do I need to be an experienced yoga practitioner to do this program? No! 🥰 These classes are designed for all levels. There is also an instructional video on Day 1 that explains how to modify the flows to meet your own needs and preferences.
What do I need to participate? Just you and your mat! That being said, you are welcome to use any props to support your practice. I am aware many people do not have props at home so these classes are cued without them.
This is a 7 day program with daily classes. Each day, we’ll do a vinyasa yoga flow, a guided meditation, and we’ll journal. This program is designed to take less than 1 hour a day total.
How do I access the program journal? Go to tinyurl.com/RecommitToYou to download or print the journal. I recommend printing it—its prompts call for creative expression that might be hard on a computer or phone.
