The style of sprints you will be doing in this program, I like to call "explosive-endurance sprints".
Just like it sounds, we will be building your ability to sprint (explosive) for longer periods of time (endurance).
This approach will take your conditioning to a whole new level and will have you blowing scouts, recruiters, and coaches away with your explosive speed, power, AND endurance!
Each week the number of sets and sprint time will progress.
If you cant sustain an 'all out' effort for the full amount of time, just do your best to complete the time and sets.
NOTE:
Be sure to use the buit-in timers for the sprint and the rest period
