My name is Vic Ferrante, I’m a husband & father, 10 year pro athlete, professional instructor, mental performance coach, & creator of the FUNDAMENTAL Baseball Performance App, powered by FERRANTE BASEBALL LLC. Growing up, just like every other young ballplayer, I dreamt about becoming a Major League Baseball player. I was fortunate enough to have a father who was a pro athlete and who understood the importance of hard work and dedication. This would become my strength as an athlete and the reason for my successes. Through my amateur years I excelled at every level as a two-way player, sporting a power arm on the mound, power bat in the box, and a competitive drive that was rarely matched. To say that I played with FIRE🔥would be an understatement! If there is one thing I have learned from my 30 years in baseball, it is that every human being has untapped potential within them. This is why I became a coach, to help shine light on what is possible for you. To help ballplayers build lean muscle, shed fat, while developing explosive power in hitting, throwing, running.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
1. GROWTH MINDSET: The belief that with consistent hard work over time, YOU WILL achieve your goals! 2. INVEST IN YOURSELF: This 6-week program is based on the use of heavy resistance bands. They range from $40-$60 on Amazon and in my opinion, when paired with my program, this combo becomes the most complete, effective, and budget friendly method to achieving your in-season/off-season fitness goals. Message me and I will send you the link to the ones I use👍 3. BE CONSISTENT: There is nothing “fancy” or “gimmicky” about the exercises in this program, in fact they are basic fundamentals. It’s NOT the fancy, complicated, advanced exercises that create magical results, it’s the consistent execution of the fundamentals that is the key to unlocking your potential and crushing your goals! Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
Beginner - Advanced baseball athletes looking to build powerful muscle in the off-season and or maintain muscle while in-season. This program is also great for anyone who is a baseball fan, former player, coach, or even parent!
How to schedule the program into a week?
Follow the days in order by Day 1, 2, 3, etc. For example, if you miss Day 1 workout on Monday, then complete Day 1 workout on Tuesday.
