• Start from your loaded position • 90% of weight on back leg with 10% on front foot (for balance) and coiled around your back hip • Hands up and back with chin on front shoulder • Knob of bat pointed toward catcher • Start by lifting front foot off ground • Begin striding forward while maintaining your hip coil and upper body position • Pull the trigger! • Stick the finish!
