For this drill you’ll need a short bat or simply choke up on regular bat (approximately the top of handle grip or wherever allows you to handle bat with one arm)
• Tee position: middle/upper part of zone
• Setup with feet shoulder width apart
• Bat in bottom hand (front arm) and resting on shoulder
• Knob to catcher
• As you swing we want to use as little “arm” action to hit the ball.
• Think about using your body to hit the ball instead of your hand/arm
• Don’t try to hit the ball HARD…NOT the point.
• Hit a soft line drive to opposite field
