What are the goals of the program?
To introduce the FUNDAMENTALs of hitting through drills and batting practice tips.
Each drill “workout” is designed to highlight and fine tune a key area of your hitting that may be giving you trouble as well as to build upon your existing skills.
Becoming the best hitter you can be is a NEVER ENDING process.
How to schedule the program into a week?
This isn’t a program, think of it as a library of drills, exercises, and stand alone workouts that you can add to your existing routine or create your own workout from my library.
