I'm Trevon Alexander, and this is my story

Growing up as a multi-sport athlete in Richmond, Missouri, I embraced a competitive and motivational mindset that shaped my everyday life. Blessed with a football scholarship, I played at the University of Northern Iowa (2018-2020) before transferring to Northwest Missouri State University (2020-2023) to finish my collegiate career. Fitness has always been integral to my life, I partnered with an experienced International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) as a Certified Personal Trainer. When I started Pursuing my Master's Degree in Applied Health/Sport Sciences, I found my passion. Fitness became more than a routine; it became a way to give back. I want to be a source of support for those facing challenges and a reminder that each day is a God-given blessing. Waking up with enthusiasm, I dedicate my days to getting 1% better and impacting lives through faith, motivation, and fitness. I believe in turning bad days into great ones and strive to be the reason someone smiles.

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! We have a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (Dumbells, Resistance Bands, or Kettlebells) and some that require a standard gym with weight-lifting machines. We have workouts for everyone! — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
