Over the next four weeks, we’ll be focusing on building a solid foundation of strength and confidence, guiding you step by step to help you achieve your fitness goals. This program is perfect for beginners, but it’s not limited to just those starting. Even experienced lifters can join in and find value in these workouts. So, no matter where you are in your fitness journey, you are welcome here. Together, we’ll embrace the challenge and push our limits. You’ll need access to a gym with standard equipment, including dumbbells, barbells, Hex bar, weight plates, machines, and cardio equipment. Having the right tools will ensure you get the most out of each workout and help you progress safely and effectively. Throughout these four weeks, you might face moments of doubt or find some workouts challenging, but that’s where growth happens. Embrace the process and trust in your ability to persevere. I'm Hunter Gifford, and this is my story

Growing up as a multi-sport athlete, fitness became an integral part of my life early on. Introduced to weightlifting in middle school, I discovered a profound love for health and wellness. Despite facing challenges and being picked on in school, those moments fueled my determination to seize each day and become the best version of myself. Upon graduating in 2020, my passion for health and fitness soared to new heights. It became clear that my life's mission is to inspire others and demonstrate that dreams, regardless of size, are attainable. Life is a journey of highs and lows, but with unwavering faith, you can overcome any obstacle and achieve the extraordinary. I believe in the power of mindset – understanding that you can accomplish anything you set your mind to, enabling you to evolve into the best version of yourself. Plus, trainers walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! We have a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (Dumbells, Resistance Bands, or Kettlebells) and some that require a standard gym with weight-lifting machines. We have workouts for everyone! — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
