Go through all supersets for Round #1 and again for Round #2.

- Hang from a bar and focus on activating your core
- Activate the core by taking a big breath in, hold it, and wait to exhale until the knees are tucked up
- Tuck your knees up in a controlled manner and exhale
- Lower with control and repeat

Hanging Knee Tucks

- Start with barbell overhead and arms extended
- Press hips back and lower to parallel keeping the weight behind your head
- Press through heels to stand up and return to start

Barbell Overhead Squats

Core Superset #1

- Begin in a low plank (from forearms)
- Place feet on sliders
- Make sure you are on a surface that works well with sliders
- Push the body backward in a plank position, keeping the belly up and the butt down
- Breath in and brace the core when pushing backward
- Brace as you push the body forward and release the breath after the rep is over
- Repeat

Body Saw

Ball Slam + Tire Box Jump

Core Superset #2

- Lift your legs so your knees are directly over your hips
- Slowly lower one arm and extend opposite leg until they’re just above the floor
- Bring them back to the starting position 
- Repeat on the opposite side

Dead Bug

- Hold a weight plate close to the body in front of the chest
- Start with the feet together
- Push the plate overhead and jack the feet out
- Repeat for reps or time

Plate Jacks

Core Superset #3

Substitute: Bear -> Plank (see demo video)

Roller Tucks

Long Jump + Run Back

Core Superset #4

- Lay with your legs straight out in front of you
- As you raise your legs, reach your fingers toward your feet and raise your upper body off the floor
- Slowly lower yourself back and try not to use momentum
