How to get the best outcome of the program? Stick to it and Complete it! Consistency is key!
How to schedule the program into a week? It’s 4 days per week (the fourth day being shorter). I liked doing Monday-Thursday but do whatever works for your schedule.
What do I need to participate in this program? A light and heavier set of dumbbells, plus a band.
The band is optional, but it adds another level to your training.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? All levels. That’s the beauty of it!
To scale down: do slower reps or less weight
To scale up: do faster reps or more weight
What are the goals of the program? To grow your mind, spirit, and body. The first 10 minutes or less is a personal development training and then we head into training our bodies!
