I'm a beginner, are your programs for me? No matter where you are in your fitness journey, we can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in our app are for any level of fitness (although some lend themselves better for various levels). But we are here to walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
It depends on the workout! The M.O. has some workouts that require minimal equipment (a pair of dumbbells). But we also have some that require a barbell and plates. There’s something for everyone to help you get in shape.
I just don't have time, are your workouts time efficient? We get it—finding time to work out can be a challenge, especially as parents of four kids ourselves! That’s why we’ve designed our programs with your busy life in mind. Whether you have just 18-25 minutes or prefer a 3-day or 5-day per week routine, we've got you covered. You don't need to spend hours in the gym to see results. Our workouts are crafted to be efficient and effective, with most completed in just 35-45 minutes.
