This is my second time through this program. I was able to complete all reps with weights and less rest in between. Really cool to see progress being made.

I don't know if I'm just out of shape, but that was killer. I was only able to do one round of last superset (and had to do the single leg box squat assisted) so I look forward to seeing my improvement as I continue with this program. Thank you!

Had to take a break due to a toe injury so came back and… I’m sweating bullets. My legs are burning. Loving it.
