For this one, I wish there was a function that you could just push Go and it would automatically count down for each rep, rest, and round. So that way you could do the movement without interrupting the plank to push the timer button. I'll probably use a hiit timer next time?
As for the workout, I def felt the burn by the last round. I think my abs are in better shape than my shoulders, because my shoulders were on fire the whole time 😄

Beginning of the fifth round I wasn’t sure if I was gonna make it to the sixth and then I changed my thinking, and thought I’ve gone this far why stop now? So I finished strong with the sixth round. 😌
