I appreciated the strength class but it is too much pressure on the abs after birth. I’m almost 5months after birth and I avoided to do any exercise that caused coning of my belly and too much pressure or too much extention of my belly…ladies please listen to your body when taking this class ..

This was an excellent, strong 30-minute practice. I am 14-months postpartum and have been practicing yoga for many years, so I appreciated this challenge and strength building. I would caution most people who are 6-weeks postpartum to be careful with this practice, however, as it seemed very advanced to me.
