Hi Talia,
In the practice you did kapalbhati breath which is contraindicated in pregnancy as it can cause rupture to the placenta in the second and third trimester and even miscarriage in the first.
I’m a pre natal yoga teacher and have studied pranayam during pregnancy. Just wanted to bring this to your notice. Otherwise, loved the class.
