A little about myself. I was an athlete all my life. I swam and played handball competitively when I was younger. I, however, had childhood traumatic experiences that forever changed my life. I started getting depressed and rebelling. I fell off the wagon by drinking, partying and hanging around the wrong crowd. I even got in trouble with the law a few times. But one day I told myself enough is enough. I am not happy. All of these vices were just filling a void. I didn’t realize that was what I was doing until I went to therapy and did a lot of self reflecting. It was the moment when I decided to turn my life around. I started going to the gym because being active and sports was what I loved doing when I was younger. It made me feel good. I then completed my group fitness and personal training certifications and started helping others. I also shared my story on social media which helped other women confide in me. I didn’t feel so alone! It gave me the courage to continue on what I feel is my life mission. To spread awareness to a healthy lifestyle mind body and soul! I want to help everyone feel confident at the gym. I want to turn you into a SAVAGE. You can be the change you want to see in yourself!
