I'm a beginner, is your app for me? No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in my app are for any level of fitness. Everyone is a student in life, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. Even seasoned trainers have asked me for advice. You’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely. I make all the workouts with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions.
What makes your app different? How do I know it will work for me? If you haven’t had success with other workout apps in the past, you may be skeptical about mine but I'm confident you’ll get the results you want with me. Why? I don’t give you one-off programs of PDF documents with no assistance. I track your progress and you can message me any time with your questions. I will be adding new programs with interactive, explanatory videos on a monthly basis. This will keep my content new, fresh, and ever-changing so you stay motivated and ready to work! Plus, if you need further help, my co-coaches are here for you as well. You can message me directly if you have any questions, feedback, or simply want to share your success. Do I need to purchase equipment? It depends on the workout! My app has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. I also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you feel confident at the gym!
